Understand fit and price now.
Configured spaces, capacities, packages, minimums, fees and policies turn a vague contact form into a useful planning experience.
EventQuote turns your approved spaces, packages, minimums and policies into a guided estimate. Your team receives a structured inquiry, approves the final quote, and keeps Square for invoices and deposits.
Prefer to look first? The interactive sample needs no signup or card, saves nothing, and contacts no restaurant.
Change the date, guest count, space, menu and beverages. The estimate reacts to restaurant-style minimums and fees—without creating a lead.
EventQuote fills the gap between a restaurant's private-events page and its payment workflow.
Configured spaces, capacities, packages, minimums, fees and policies turn a vague contact form into a useful planning experience.
Serious requests arrive with the event structure attached, appear unread in the dashboard, and trigger a timed email escalation if they remain NEW.
Review or revise the quote before anything moves to Square. An estimate is never presented as confirmed availability or a reservation.
EventQuote handles estimate, qualification and review. Square remains the financial system.
EventQuote → manager approval → Square. EventQuote never auto-charges the guest, never guarantees availability, and adds no transaction fee. Square's own processing charges still apply.
A basic form collects contact details. EventQuote gives guests useful price context and gives your team a structured request.
Guests submit before knowing whether the event is remotely in budget.
A ready-to-book dinner and an early shopper land in the same inbox.
Your coordinator repeats the same package, minimum and deposit explanation.
Restaurant-approved rules produce a useful range before contact details.
Guests can explore without becoming a lead; qualified availability requests reach the team.
The event brief, pricing range and guest intent stay together through review.
EventQuote does not pretend to be a banquet calendar, BEO suite or venue marketplace. It is the guest-to-quote layer for teams that want to keep their website and Square.

Includes your first 30 live days. Then:
When the included period begins: the first 30 live days start only after you approve launch, the widget is installed on the agreed venue page, and the production notification test passes—not on the day you pay.
Cancellation: cancel before the first renewal and owe no subscription charge. After a renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. Square processing and subscription charges are separate.
Use your own numbers. EventQuote does not promise that it will create this result.
Nothing becomes public until the guest experience, pricing rules and notification route pass review.
“Live” has a specific meaning: you approve the widget, it is installed on the agreed venue page, and the production notification test passes. Only then does the included 30-day period begin.
Guests are told when an estimate is not a reservation. Demo activity does not create restaurant leads. Venue dashboards require authentication, and raw card numbers stay with Square-hosted payment surfaces—not EventQuote.
Share the page you use today. We will review pricing visibility, qualification friction, the guest path and whether EventQuote fits your Square workflow.
Clear answers about fit, control, payment and what happens after launch.
EventQuote is an embeddable private-event quote calculator and inquiry workflow for restaurants. A guest builds an estimate from the restaurant's real spaces, packages, minimums and policies, then chooses whether to request availability.
No. EventQuote does not replace Square; EventQuote sits in front of Square. It handles the guest estimate, qualification and manager review, while Square remains the restaurant's invoice, deposit and payment system.
No. The restaurant reviews or revises the quote first. The approved financial request then moves to Square. EventQuote never treats an estimate as a reservation or confirmed availability.
The restaurant controls every configured price and policy and confirms final terms. Managers can revise a quote before approval. Guest-facing language makes clear that the estimate is not a reservation.
EventQuote immediately sends an operator alert email, and the inquiry appears unread in the dashboard until someone opens it. If its status remains NEW beyond the configured delay, EventQuote sends a timed email escalation. A guest confirmation email is optional. SMS alerts are labeled “coming later” and are not live.
The isolated embed is designed for Square Online, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and other sites that allow a small script or hosted link. Installation on one venue website and responsive QA are included.
No. Guest card entry and payment remain on Square-hosted payment surfaces. EventQuote stores the event and contact details needed for the quote workflow; the security and data overview explains the boundary.
No. EventQuote is independent software designed for restaurants that use Square. It is not Block, Inc. and does not imply endorsement or an official partnership.
Implementation is $497 per location and includes the first 30 live days. The first five paid venue locations can continue at $149/month while continuously active; standard venue pricing is $199/month. Billing is Month-to-month, with no EventQuote transaction fee and no long-term contract.
